Mehraj-Ur-Rehman is a young journalist from valley of Kashmir. He is owner, Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Kashmir Headlines. He launched his own news website in year 2010 when political unrest hit valley and almost every type of media was banned in valley. Even newspaper publication was halted for sometime.
Only July 17, 2010 he created a news page with name 'Kashmir Headlines' on facebook and started posted latest happenings of valley on the said page. The page got good response from the people of valley here and outside valley.
He carried this job for almost two years and after getting positive response from the readers he launched its website www.kashmirheadlines.in which became instant hit among the internet users of J&K.
